Our refund policy

You are entitled to a full refund within 30 Days of the initial purchase, however you will not be eligible for a refund if you have:

- Streamed or watched over 20% of the Amazon Brand Academy content

- Received 1 - 1 product feedback

Your statutory rights

As per The Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a 14 day 'cooling off period' starting from the day the courses are supplied to you. This will be your purchase date as you are enrolled automatically upon purchase.

As per the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you forfeit your right to a cooling off period if you have:
- Streamed, watched or downloaded ANY of the course contents.

If you wish to claim a refund under the statutory 14 day cooling off period or our 30 day guarantee this must be done in writing via email to: [email protected]

Once your access to the paid courses and services has been removed, you will not be able to access any part of the course content or receive any additional 1-1 support.

Purchasing via a payment plan

When purchasing via a payment pan, you will be subscribed to 3 monthly payments. Once subscribed, you are legally required to complete all scheduled payments unless you apply for a refund within 30days of your first monthly payment. You are entitled to a full refund within 30 Days of the initial payment, however you will not be eligible for a refund if you have:

- Streamed or watched over 20% of the Amazon Brand Academy content

- Received 1 - 1 product feedback
